Does everyone who lives in Edgeway have to be over 55?
Edgeway is a 55+ community. Our Community Rules and Bylaws state that at least one person in every household must be 55 or older when they apply for residency. We welcome residents with a younger partner or spouse, and they participate as members in every way that our 55+ members do. Medically prescribed live-in nursing care is permitted as well.
